General Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to Greece eSIM Connect. These General Terms govern your access to and use of our eSIM products and services. By purchasing or using our eSIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • eSIM means an embedded SIM that is digitally provisioned to your compatible device.
  • Service means the mobile data connectivity provided through our eSIM products.
  • User refers to any individual or entity that purchases or uses our Services.
  • Data Plan means the specific package of mobile data purchased by you.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have a compatible device that supports eSIM technology.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. eSIM Activation and Use

4.1 Purchase and Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you will receive your eSIM activation details via email. This includes a QR code or activation code that must be used to install the eSIM on your compatible device.

4.2 Installation

You are responsible for correctly installing the eSIM on your device. We provide detailed installation guides for various device types. The eSIM can only be installed once; if installation fails due to user error, a replacement may be subject to additional fees.

4.3 Activation Period

Your data plan begins when you first connect to a supported network in Greece, not at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, unused data plans expire according to the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Before Activation

If your eSIM has not been installed or activated, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

6.2 After Activation

Once an eSIM has been installed or data usage has begun, refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical issues.

7. Service Limitations

  • Data-only service; voice calls and SMS are not included unless specifically stated.
  • Coverage depends on local network availability and may vary by location within Greece.
  • Network speeds are subject to local carrier policies.
  • Tethering/hotspot functionality may be limited depending on the data plan.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and device.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or eSIM.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific eSIM or data plan in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Athens, Greece.
